Portfolio Reporting March 2013Began to prepare and present portfolio analysis and project metrics to executive leaders across the department’s $100 million portfolio.

First Application Launch October 2013Led a team of 12 in implementing a $500k + logistics based cost estimation application. Successfully launched on time and within budget.

Switch to Agile December 2013With a new project on the horizon and limited known requirements from our business partners, our team transitioned into to Agile methodology. Thus we became one of the first teams within our department to use an Agile framework.

Second Application Launch October 2014Managed a project with 12 + team members, from inception to execution, to deploy a custom java-based application to streamline supplier payment claims. With a budget of $1 million +, we deliverd the project within budget and 1 week early.

Last Day March 2015After an incredible learning experience, I decided it was time to embark on a new challenge.
